HDR Photos
All photos are taken at multiple exposures to capture a high dynamic range image then hand-blended and professionally edited to give you the best quality every time. Photos are delivered within 24 hours, in both print and MLS resolutions. You will be able to quickly upload to the MLS.

Aerial Photos
FAA licensed drone pilot safely captures aerial images with HDR technique. All images are hand-blended and professionally edited to ensure the best quality. Property lines and map markers are added at no additional cost if desired.

Matterport 3D tours are the industry leader in 3D technology so we offer this service to you along with 3 months of hosting! It's a fantastic way to give potential buyers an in-depth look at the flow of a house, especially those out-of-state buyers.

Twilight Photos
Virtual and true twilight options. Twilights are a stunning way to set your listings apart.
Virtual twilight photos are created using daylight photos. They do NOT require a separate dusk appointment. Comparable results to true twilights.
True twilights are taken at dusk and are important when properties have large windows, or complex landscape lighting that would be best displayed in true form.

We work with you to provide the look and feel of video you are seeking. From traditional 1-2 minute walkthroughs & aerial-only footage, to fun and quirky REELS tailored for social media sharing, branded and unbranded. We will give you as much creative voice as you wish to have. We want the videos to be captured and edited in a way that you are truly excited to have associated with your brand. All video content is delivered next day.

Schematic Floor Plans
2D floor plans are essential as they communicate very directly what the flow of the house is and sets realistic expectations with approximate room sizes and dimensions provided. This is why they are included in all of our packages.

Photo Enhancement
White Oak Media goes to the property to capture a single exterior image. The image is professionally edited and a digital copy is delivered as a single watercolor image of the front of the home with text that can be personalized. Option to upgrade to an aerial shot and/or a twilight conversion. Delivered within 4 days of the photo appointment.

Portraits
Lifestyle or traditional business headshots captured and professionally edited. Photos are taken at a location of your choosing.
